Course Summary

If you struggle with pain or health issues and find it difficult to get up and down from the floor, you’re in the right place. My Feel Better sessions are designed just for you—warm, welcoming, and full of options to help you move in a way that feels good.

Living with chronic pain and health conditions can often feel like a constant battle. But what if, instead of focusing on what you can’t do, we focus on what you can do?

What to Expect

Each session combines mindful movement, gentle strengthening, and simple techniques to ease discomfort. You’ll gain a better understanding of why you experience certain symptoms and, more importantly, explore what you can do to feel better—without pressure, judgment, or expectation.

Seated & standing options for every movement
No floor work required
Clear explanations to help you understand your body
Supportive & inclusive – whether you’re 19 or 99, you are welcome!

Monthly Focus Areas

Each month, we take a deep dive into a specific area of the body, including feet, knees, shoulders, core, and hips. But the body doesn’t work in isolation—everything is connected, and that’s why I take a whole-body approach.

You might come to a session thinking, I’m here for my shoulders—why are we working on my feet? But as we progress, you may notice that your shoulders feel looser and more comfortable. That’s the power of understanding how different areas of the body interact. As we explore each section, you’ll start to recognise connections and uncover patterns of compensation in places you might never have considered.

Why 'Feel Better'

You may have been told you can’t do certain things because of your condition, but Feel Better is all about what you can do. Here, we focus on the small, positive steps you can take to improve your movement, manage pain, and move through your day with less discomfort.

In every class and video, we explore:

Why you’re experiencing your symptoms – Knowledge is power. Understanding what’s going on in your body helps to shift your mindset and approach to healing.

How to work with your body, not against it – Through gentle movement and mindful exercises, you’ll learn how to move in a way that feels good, while strengthening your joints and muscles to support better function.

What you can do today – This is not about focusing on limits, but about embracing what’s possible right now. Whether you’re new to movement or returning after an injury, the focus is always on progress, not perfection.

Delivered by a Movement & Mind-Body Specialist

I’m a movement professional trained in Dru Yoga, Restore Your Core, and mind-body approaches. These sessions are not about pushing through pain—they’re about understanding your body, supporting your movement, and helping you feel more at ease in everyday life.

Together, we’ll work on building resilience, understanding your body’s needs, and making movement a part of your healing journey.

You’ll meet other people in similar situations who will support you and share tips and advice that have helped them.

Join a Supportive Group

When you join Feel Better, you’re not just signing up for an exercise class – you’re joining a group of people who understand what you’re going through. Together, we share stories, celebrate victories, and support one another in our journeys towards better health.

I’m here to guide you every step of the way, offering advice, encouragement, and practical tools to help you feel your best.
