What You Get:

Live Online Class Every Tuesday – Movement sessions designed to keep your joints happy and your body strong.
Every Tuesday, join me for a live online class focused on gentle yet effective exercises that work for your body. Whether you’re dealing with joint pain, stiffness, or fatigue, or stress these classes are designed to help you move with ease and confidence. You’ll get guidance to ensure you’re doing what feels right for you.

Targeted Online Content – Dive into focused sessions on hips, shoulders, back, and core to improve mobility and function.
Access a library of videos covering essential areas of the body, including the hips, shoulders, back, and core. These videos include weekly class recordings and a breakdown the why behind your symptoms and offer practical exercises to ease discomfort.

Science-Backed, Mind-Body Approach – Delivered by a movement professional trained in Dru Yoga, Restore Your Core, and holistic techniques.
I incorporate yoga practices alongside proven mind-body techniques to help you better understand the connection between your body and mind. It’s not just about exercises; it’s about shifting the way we think about our health and taking an empowered, compassionate approach to our health.

“I love attending virtual classes with Jenny, so good to be able to participate in a class from the comfort of your own home, but at the same time feel like part of a group. The pace of sessions is always good, with a variety of focus and themes throughout the block, and there is always an alternative or two given to accommodate class newcomers, or those with physical limitations. The element of relaxation leaves me feeling mentally lighter, physically taller and ready to take on whatever life throws at me for the rest of the week.”

Jenny Oakenfull

I am a self-confessed movement geek. I love exploring how the body moves and how powerful the connection between how we think and move is. Movement has always been a big part of my life, I grew up doing a lot of sport and competing at an international level. In 2006 I was diagnosed with ME/CFS, and determined to keep movement in my life I improved my health, energy levels and quality of life through yoga and nutrition. I went on to qualify as a yoga teacher and a nutritionist. I now specialise in back care and pain management through movement.
